Hallo from The Holland Dutch!

Het Hallo,

As some of you have already heard, the music bug has bitten me again. I just can't stay away for long! About 6 months ago, Courtney King (formerly my bandmate in The Moto-Litas) and I got together and started working on some new songs. About 3 months ago, we relieved Elliott of his practice night daddy duties by hiring a sitter and coaxing him into the basement to play drums with us. What's one more band, right? The Penetrators, The Surge, and now... The Holland Dutch!

That's right, The Holland Dutch. We're neither Dutch nor from Holland, but we liked the way the name sounded, so we went with it.

Now we're ready to break out of the basement and our friends Can-Can have graciously offered us the opening slot for their show with The Hiss this coming Wednesday, August 29th at ISP in East Atlanta. We're very excited and would love for you to come check out the show.

If you haven't been to ISP before, it's a couple of doors down to the right of the EARL and I hear it's the new hot spot for cool local bands. We will kick things off at 9pm sharp. Hope to see you there!
